Sticking with Fitness & Weight Training

So, it’s been easily 8 weeks now since I started training with Ty, and I’ve got to say, I’m pleased with my results. My second chin that was gone, that came back, is now gone again, and we haven’t done measurements lately, but I think they will be moving in the RIGHT direction when we do them again. There’s a lot of positives that happen when you stick with it, but it’s a lot of hard work that requires quite a bit of self control to be able to stick with it.
