So for about the last 2 weeks or so, I started a 12 week training program with my buddy Ty. He runs a fitness & personal training business in Chandler called Team Cane Fitness. He kicks my ass every week, and I’m already seeing results.
My diet is strict, and it’s not easy to stick to, so my mind tends to wander about stuff I want to eat, that I can’t.
I decided to make a list of a few things I’m going to eat once I’m finished with my 12 weeks.
For breakfast, I’m going to eat like a dozen maple frosted donuts from Dunkin Donuts with a big ass Diet Coke. Then, for lunch, I’m going to have a triple baconator meal, large sized, from Wendy’s. Then for dinner, I’m going to have a 32oz boneless ribeye with garlic mashed potatoes, and possibly an artichoke. Then for dessert, I’m going to have a big ass bowl of cold stone creamery ice cream…cake batter flavor with cookie dough and reeses peanut butter cups.
I may die from a heart attack after eating all that, but at least all my cravings will have been satisfied, and I’m fine with that.
